All our rentals are month to month and we ask for 7 days notice when a customer is done with their unit. The first month is non-refundable but if a customer vacates within the first 15 days of their final rent cycle, we will refund for the unused period.
Yes! We offer prepayment discounts on any unit ( 5% for 6 months, 10% for 12 months). We also have periodic specials on certain sizes and types of units.
As a rule, we do not reserve units. We use a first come, first served approach but will do our best to accommodate our customers' needs.
Yes. We do not allow explosives, chemicals, fuels, ammunition or other noxious or toxic materials.
